Track Shipments

For FedEx® Shipments, you can track at /www.fedex.com/lr/track/ or via your E-mail by following the instructions below:

 

Instructions for FedEx® E-mail track by tracking number:

 

1. Create a new e-mail message. In the "To:" area, type track@fedex.com (it is not necessary to type anything on the subject line.)

 

2. In the body of the message enter the shipment tracking number. To track multiple shipments/orders, you can enter up to 30 tracking/order numbers (one per line or separated by a comma).

 

3. Send the e-mail.

 

Instructions for FedEx® E-mail track by reference:

 

1. Create a new e-mail message. In the "To:" area, type track@fedex.com (it is not necessary to type anything on the subject line.)


2 . In the body of the message enter "account" followed by a space and your FedEx account number. Only one account number is allowed per e-mail.


3 . Enter your reference number (ex. 123ABC). You can enter up to 30 reference numbers at one time (one per line or separated by a comma).

  • Example 1 (one per line)
    • account 123456789
    • 123ABC
  • Example 2 (separated by comma)
    • account 123456789, 123ABC

5. Send the e-mail.
